Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized products (e.g. labeled or cut-to-length cables) are non-refundable, unless faulty or delivered incorrectly.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at sales@livepower.be with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return reference.
- Ship the product back within 5 working days after approval.
Return shipping is free for all eligible products.

- After inspection of the returned item, refunds are processed within 14 working days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
